In cases where deconstruction is too expensive or hazardous, Terra Firma has a large double walled walking trailer which allows the deconstruction of entire buildings. Before demolition begins anything that can be easily salved or recycled is removed from the building. After this occurs, anything that is not accepted in a Construction and Demolition landfill pit is removed and the remaining mass is loaded and hauled directly to the approved landfill, bypassing the local transfer station and reducing costs. Terra Firma's trailer can haul 130 yards of material or ten to eleven times as much as a dump truck can move.
